SHIPPING & RETURNS
Complimentary standard shipping (4-5 business days) is applied to all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping (2 or 1 business day shipping) is available for an extra fee. We do not yet ship internationally, but check back soon because we will in the future!
Rest easy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your items back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or even exchange. All returns and exchanges are final.
How do I return an item?
Repack item(s) in their original packaging or a similar cardboard box.
- Fill out the return form that was included with your order and include it in the box with the original packing slip.
- Attach the pre-paid shipping return label included with your order. (Make sure to cover or remove old shipping labels and seal your box completely.)
- Either schedule a complimentary USPS pickup or drop off the package at the nearest USPS location: Find USPS locations.
If you are returning for a refund: Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your return has been processed (check your spam folder).
If you are exchanging: A member of our team will reach out with tracking information for your exchanged item(s).
